Amy Ascencio was born in California, but got to Colorado as quickly as she could! Having called Littleton home for the last 28 years, Amy loves to share the community + activities that she loves about the area - from hiking, paddle boarding, golfing and local pools to movie theaters + health clubs.
Having spent many years in the service industry, Amy's clients benefit from her incredible customer service, communication, and listening skills. Amy is passionate about sharing not only her knowledge of the buying + selling process, but also her expertise regarding different schools, amenities, and neighborhoods.
When Amy isn't helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you'll find her doing community events and connecting with small and local businesses, or hanging out with her children. Amy has also been a Girl Scout leader for 13 years and is most passionate about volunteering to help youth in foster care and families in homeless situations.
