Amy is a naturalized Colorado native, who has lived in Denver and the Colorado Rocky Mountains for more than 26 years. She was teaching school in Dallas, Texas, where she was born and raised, when she found her love for Colorado and the West while on a ski vacation. After moving to Colorado, Amy taught 1st through 6th grades for 21 years, in both urban and rural areas. She quickly became part of her community and now knows the State like she was born here. Though not a native of Colorado, you would never know it.
After exercising her passion for educating Colorado’s youngest residents, Amy has embarked on fulfilling another passion - real estate, which uses her innate creativity regarding the places we call home, including the locations, neighborhoods, design, and décor that make each space unique. She has experience in real estate staging, and redesign, as well as shopping for that perfect decor that makes a house a home. To that end, Amy enjoys getting to know her clients and works to find potential properties that match clients’ lifestyles and tastes.
As a dedicated former educator, she knows how to multi-task and consistently works to ensure that all her clients’ priorities top her task list. She is persistent and hard-working, focused always on helping clients with their real estate needs, whether these are finding their perfect home; or meeting investment goals in buying or selling property. Having her own investment property and a home in the Lower Highlands neighborhood with her husband, she knows the benefits that come with homeownership.Amy’s friendly, outgoing personality is a great asset for finding that perfect home and in successfully closing real estate transactions.
When she is not out finding the perfect property for her clients, you can see her in one of our many wonderful neighborhoods getting coffee, drinks, dinner, or shopping. If you see Amy in your neighborhood, stop and say hello. She will be glad to see you and happy to help with all your real estate needs.
