Bianca is a transplant to Denver, originally born and raised in South Carolina. She’s grown up around the industry watching her mom help other’s buy, sell and invest, so she has a strong love for all things real estate. She’s licensed in both Colorado and South Carolina and feels fortunate to be able to help her friends and family in both states with their real estate needs. Bianca has a background in new home sales, where she worked as an onsite sales associate for one of the largest nationwide builders. And having recently purchased her own first home, she is very eager to help other first time home buyers and sellers as well as those looking to purchase new construction.
Bianca began working at the age of 12, where she helped manage her family’s dollar store, so she is no stranger to hard work, long nights and providing top notch customer service. “I believe that my job as an agent is to take on the stresses that come with buying, selling and investing in real estate so that my clients can truly enjoy the process.”
