Hi, I’m Claudia Ramirez — a proud Coloradoan since 2014, originally from Chihuahua, Mexico. I became a licensed Realtor in 2021, and for the past four years, I’ve had the honor of helping first-time buyers and sellers navigate the exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) process of finding or selling their home.

My journey into real estate is a unique one — after earning my degree in Marketing, I spent several years working in show business (yes, I actually ran away with the circus!). That experience taught me the power of presentation, planning, and creating unforgettable moments — all of which I now bring to every client I work with.

What I love most about this career are the relationships I get to build. Real estate is such an emotional journey, and I truly enjoy helping people feel grounded, confident, and cared for through every step.

I’m also incredibly passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking community. I know firsthand how overwhelming this process can feel when resources are mostly in English. My goal is to be a trusted guide and advocate, helping families feel empowered and informed — no matter their first language.

What motivates me every day is my little family. I'm a proud mom to an amazing 5-year-old and currently expecting baby #2 this August! Building a career that supports their dreams means everything to me.
