Colorado born + raised, Dani Rice lives in Arvada with her husband, daughter, and adorable pup Porkchop. Dani grew up spending summers on the East Coast + lived in DC for a short stint - but quickly realized Colorado was meant to be her forever home. Sharing her passion for the community is one of the many reasons Dani decided to pursue Real Estate! Dani graduated from Regis University with a BA in English and a minor in Education, Women's Studies and Psychology.
Dani’s love of learning + knowledge is part of what makes her a wonderful Realtor - as she’s always on top of changes in the industry + market and finding ways to best serve her clients. In past careers, Dani has worked all over the board - from human resources, to marketing, to sales, to IT and legal. These diverse experiences have helped Dani build a strong understanding of people, and know how best to serve them using my vast understanding of contracts, business and community. Dani’s love language is communication and she loves to build relationships + make connections. Dani’s sister calls her “Dani (I got a guy) Rice” because she always have someone in her “Rolodex”. This comes in handy in the real estate process + throughout your home ownership journey, where Dani is alway happy to connect you with a lender, contractor, landscaper, etc.
When Dani isn’t helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you’ll find Dani walking her dog, reading, crocheting(her first “scarf” was 11 feet long…whoops), or singing with the Arvada Chorale.
