Drew Vance was born and raised here in the Denver area suburbs; he grew up in Lakewood and would go on to attend high school down in Littleton. He attended Regis University on Golf and Academic Scholarships while earning a degree in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Finance and Marketing. Drew graduated from college and went on to work in Finance before making a transition into Sales and Business Management for a family-owned construction company here in Denver.
Drew discovered his passion for real estate while purchasing his first house and immediately began consuming any real estate content available before making the decision to become a license agent. His experience in management and sales is reflected in his ability to stay calm in stressful situations, communicate at a very high level, and seek creative solutions for his clients.
When Drew is not out exploring the neighborhoods of Denver, he loves spending time with his wife, Courtney and 2-year-old bulldog, Opie. In his free time, he can be found fly fishing, hiking, snowboarding, wake surfing at Lake McConaughy, or rekindling a former rivalry on the golf course with his college teammates and best friends.
