Kenny “Bud” Anderson was born in Würzburg, Germany and grew up in Cambridge, England before he and his family returned from the UK to their Colorado roots. Following in his father's footsteps being a member of the US Air Force (aircraft security forces) Kenny followed his families tradition and the United States Coast Guard would have him for the next 4 years where he’d serve at Station Point Judith in Rhode Island on the Search and Rescue Team.
After his time in the military, Kenny joined the trades and specialized/licensed as a plumber in which he soon there after would create his remodeling business where he fixed up older homes or gave new construction homes some character + flare. The transition into real estate sales was a natural for Kenny, where he's gotten to combine his knowledge of the trades, remodeling and with his love of helping others achieve their goals. With an extreme attention to detail + great organization and communication skills, Kenny is the perfect person to guide you through the real estate transaction. From new construction to military relocation to first time home buyers and everything in between - Kenny will ensure you are well-informed and confident throughout the process.
When Kenny isn't helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you'll find him enjoying anything & everything outdoors - road cycling, fly fishing, going “off grid” to trying out new hot springs around Colorado and exploring with his family + two adorable “cattle pups”.
