Working alongside her mother, one of Kansas City’s top agents, Melanie came to understand the value of excellent customer service, unparalleled ethics, strong negotiation skills and creative market strategies. After visiting Colorado in the mid 90’s Melanie fell in love with the Colorado lifestyle and moved out west. Beginning her career as a mortgage broker, she then gained great experience and knowledge with new construction and remodeling when she worked as a flooring and kitchen distributor for a large company in Denver. Melanie launched into her real estate career leveraging her knowledge of lending and her expertise in flooring and kitchen cabinetry, and design. In her free time, Melanie likes to teach Zumba classes at the community center and spend time dancing in the living room with her two boys, husband and dog. You may also find her spending time on the rivers enjoying family rafting trips.
