I'm Sarah Cavey, customer service guru and Certified Negotiation Expert. I bring to real estate an art and design background and a passion for architecture and construction. With my combined experience, one can say that I'm a friendly, solid negotiator with a sense of style. My design background gives me a keen eye for modifications, staging, and the possibilities of a property. I tend to see past the surface, and help clients see what a home could be.

As a Certified Negotiation Expert and licensed since 2005, I'm able to represent you with confidence in devising an appropriate strategy and executing it to achieve the best price possible, all while guiding you through the negotiation and closing process with a steady hand and a cool head. After living in Boulder for 12 years, and now as a proud resident of Northwest Denver, I'm well versed in representing clients in both cities and everywhere in between, including Lafayette, Louisville, Westminster, Broomfield, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Arvada, Erie and Thornton.
