Home is where the heart is. A place to feel safe and secure and tucked away from the frenetic world we live in. Home means different things to different people; whether it be a rustic cabin in the foothills, a downtown condo, or a comfy house in suburbia.
This variety makes Denver and the surrounding neighborhoods the ideal place to find a home that is the perfect fit. I was born and raised in New Jersey and never looked back after venturing out West to attend the University of Colorado. I fell in love with Colorado’s unique terrain and wide range of outdoor activities. Eventually, I settled down to raise my family in Golden. Over the years I’ve witnessed first hand the changes to our city and suburbs, and have developed a familiarity with the nuances of each neighborhood in the Denver metro area.
My background before real estate was in nonprofit management and digital marketing consulting. I’m proud to be involved in community organizations and currently serve on the Board of The Women’s Collaborative for Colorado. I realize what a huge undertaking it is to buy or sell a home and I’m here to add clarity and guidance to this very important financial and personal decision. From first time homebuyers to empty nesters looking for their next adventure; whatever the situation, I’m here to guide the way and provide the information and services required to accomplish the task.

"Lisa Voncino has been such a relief for me in the running of our organization. She responds immediately to our requests, despite the fact that they come from multiple board members. And she lends her artistic flair to make our websites look professional. I couldn’t possibly accomplish the amount of work she does for us."

"I was greatly assisted by the work and advice from Lisa Voncino. She was instrumental in organizing a Colorado Author’s Book Signing Event that was a huge success. Lisa has been directly involved in arranging business after-hours networking events with our neighbors in Cherry Creek and at the Loews Hotel in Denver. She was instrumental in the success of our Holiday Book Drive benefiting Warren Village. Lisa also served as co-organizer of the Colorado Mid-Year Legislative Conference in Denver, Colorado. Again, due to the organizational and marketing efforts of Lisa, this event was an outstanding success. I gladly share my testimonial regarding the wonderful work Lisa has done for our organization. She is highly valued by us!"
