An experienced real estate professional with an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction, Mark has over 25 years experience in various real estate venues including real estate sales, real estate appraisal, property tax representation, residential construction and property management.
Mark started out in the construction industry building custom homes and decks, all while taking night classes to complete his BA in Real Estate and Finance. It was usually an exhausting day during the dog days of summer, but Mark learned he had a definite passion for real estate. After completing his degree, Mark started working in the appraisal industry and was exposed to many real estate investors and their cash flow parameters. He started using the provided guidelines and acquired several rental properties, all with a positive cash flow.
After working about 15 years in the appraisal industry, Mark switched his focus to real estate sales and learned he loved the interaction with his clients. Whether it’s helping a first time home buyer navigate through the complexities of the buying process, or advising a seller on pricing and marketing their home in the current real estate environment, Mark is intrigued by the daily challenges and the many friendships he has made along the way. He truly enjoys assisting each client in achieving their real estate dreams and finding their perfect home.
