Or does it?

To be honest, there just isn’t a mortgage or real estate term that starts with the letter X, but you are going to see the letter throughout the process around 100 times or more.  The letter X followed by a long line typically signifies that a signature is required.  From getting pre-approved to purchase real estate all the way through to the closing table, you will be requested to sign multiple disclosures and contracts to get the deal done. Simple enough right? For the most part, yes, but please read those contract and disclosures before signing... some restrict your rights while others protect them.

According to Investopedia there are a few more X words but I’d say they are reaching a bit.  Either way, here are the ones they

For Colorado, spring was merely a continuation of winter.

Snow fell as late as May 21st, temperatures consistently stayed well below average virtually all spring long, and of course, the mountains got socked with unusually high amounts of late-season snow.

Even summer officially started as spring largely ended: wet and cold along the Front Range, with snow in the mountains. And while that assuredly had plenty of locals itching for pool weather – or at the very least a chance to confidently stash away snow shovels until fall – it also has had its fair share of positive meteorological impacts, too.

The latest report from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors confirms what we already know:

There is no shortage of luxury condos in the Mile High City.

Denver is building its way out of the housing crisis—at least for those who can afford luxury condos. The latest Denver Metro Association of Realtors report shows there is now 5.6 months of inventory of attached units worth between $750,000 and $1 million, meaning with Denver’s supply and the current rate of purchasing, it would take that long for every luxury condo on the market now to sell.

This is significant—if you’re wealthy and don’t need a yard—because it means the tables have turned in this subset of Denver housing. At long last, buyers of condos in the urban core have

When Rodman Schley first set out to reduce his carbon footprint, he never expected that his quest to learn more about activities like green building and beekeeping would turn into a public television show.

But the more he learned, the more he wanted to share his newfound knowledge with as many people as possible.

“I didn’t know what I was doing,” he said. “It was mostly me going out and fumbling around. And I thought, `why not teach people the same thing?’”

More than six years later, Rodman and his wife, Gina, are releasing the third season of Urban Conversion. Centered around living an environmentally-conscious life in an urban
