homes for sale

This guest blog was written by the Mortgage Maestro Group.

Most of us take a peek at homes for sale online, even if when we’re not in the market for a home. We poke around on a few websites just to see what homes are on the market. We look in our neighborhood and get an idea of what our home might be worth. Perhaps we search for that desired neighborhood, where we always wanted to live. Or maybe we even search for the dream home in a different city or state. Harmless, right? Maybe. I mean we’re just looking. “Window shopping” you might say.

Colorado Bucket List: Cut down your own holiday tree.

It's a wholesome, very Colorado activity worth making a family tradition: throwing the kids, the dog and a handsaw into the back of the ol' Subaru and cutting your own Christmas tree.

Depending on where you go, expect to find Douglas fir, Lodgepole pine, Ponderosa pine, Engelmann spruce and Limber pine.

Is this good for the forest?

Yes, as a matter of fact, it is. Unless forests

What to do in Denver When It's Cold outside

This weekend's cold snap has us getting in the holiday mood, so we thought we would round up some fun winter activities that will start soon in the Denver Area. Some of them require tickets and sell out fairly quickly.

Denver Rink at Skyline Park

According to Denverite, This is the ninth season for this Denver tradition — your annual opportunity to laugh at your loved ones as they fall down. That’s what the holiday season is all about — a good fall.

Skating at the park is free. Skate rentals are $8 for adults and $6 for kids 12 and younger. Avid skaters can get a season skate-rental pass —

This definition comes to you from the FindLaw website: An easement is a property right that gives
