Named after the former occupant of the space, Windsor Dairy, The Dairy Block is Denver's newest micro-development of shops, restaurants, and tenants, planning to open in early 2018.
The Dairy Block plans on covering 66,000 square feet in LoDo.
In this block, you can currently find Kachina and Poka Lola inside of The Maven Hotel. The Dairy Block has also welcomed a six-story office tower with co-working space, as well as Huckleberry Roasters, The Perfect Petal, and Seven Grand Whiskey Bar.
Denver Chef Frank Bonanno has also announced plans to open the 'Milk Market', which will house 15 unique restaurants and bars.
The Dairy Block will also include a pedestrian only strip from 18th to 19th between Blake and Wazee called "The Alley", which will house more food and entertainment options.
