Alicia Duncan Coulter was born + raised in the beautiful state of Colorado, where she’s resided for her entire life. As a long-time Arvada resident, Alicia knows the Denver Metro like the back of her hand - and loves sharing her knowledge of our many neighborhoods + communities with her clients and friends. After attending the University of Colorado in Boulder, Alicia began her career in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Management, working for 20+ years in various fields.
The transition into Real Estate was a natural one for Alicia, as her favorite part of her job has always been coming up with creative solutions to problems and ensuring her clients are well-taken care of - both of which are staples in her real estate career. Alicia enjoys serving all types of people, from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility are extremely important to Alicia, and she is able to advocate for these values through her certified allyship with the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and designation in At Home with Diversity.
When Alicia isn’t helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you’ll find her spending time outside, making art in various mediums, and hanging out with her 2 amazing kids(who are recent grads!). Alicia and her husband are local experts on our many craft breweries, and enjoy watching football, hockey, and NASCAR on the weekends.
