Emily is a great realtor and helped us sell our home. We have bought and sold homes before so we felt we needed a younger (than us) person who could help us make our home ready for the sale. Her knowledge of the current real estate market is extensive and I really appreciated her insights into the current market. We left on a trip the day before we were going on the market and we had 2 solid offers when we returned on Sunday. She helped us find a stager who brought in a few pieces of furniture but mostly worked with what we had. Certainly less of what we had day to day but the staging was a must for our sale. At closing it was a little sad to think we wouldn't be working with Emily any longer. She was a thoughtful and helpful guide that made our home sale much less painful, leaving after 14 years in the same house! Who knows, we may call her again when we are ready to buy.
