He is a former Construction Supervisor for a residential builder and he has supervised the construction of more than 40 single family homes. Barret Ramey had moved over a dozen times by the time he graduated high school. Knowing that change can be scary and sometimes intimidating, he helps clients realize that this transition can also be exciting and can provide new and different opportunities. After selling his first home in 2008 and getting the itch to move from Ohio, Barret Ramey headed out west for the mountains of Colorado in 2008. Once in Denver, he successfully completed the Colorado State University’s Green Building Certificate program. In December 2008, he became a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and he is a certified New Home Co-Broker (NHCB). With many years of Green Building Consulting he has added to his knowledge of sustainable practices and construction management to improve energy efficiencies in single family/detached homes as well as multifamily/attached properties.
