About Bianca Barnes

Bianca combines her passion for people, creative energy, and attention to detail to give her clients a first-class home buying and selling experience. She knows that buying and/or selling your home can be challenging and stressful, and makes it her goal to take the pressure off of you, so you can enjoy the process.

 

Prior to transplanting to Denver, Bianca spent 15 years based in NYC and traveling the globe, leading the marketing and branding for apparel and accessories brands like Nine West and Ralph Lauren. When she made the pivot to NAR Member, she knew that her excellent communication skills, work ethic, creative problem-solving and overall hustle would make her an asset to her clients. She prides herself on being an expert negotiator and trusted advocate for her clients, while also providing the highest level of representation and knowledge about the ever-changing market.

 

When Bianca isn’t helping her clients fulfill their Real Estate goals across the greater Front Range, you can find her practicing yoga, doing a DIY project on her beloved 100 year old home, walking her rescue pup in Wash Park or just hanging in the backyard with a glass of wine and a great book.
