About Cynthia (Cindy) Hall

Have you ever come across a situation in your life where you wanted to be given all the facts by someone you trust, in order to make the best decision? Are you wondering if there is any NAR Member out there who actually cares and is willing to prove it? If the answers to these questions is yes, then perhaps I'm the person you should call. I grew up in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate NY; a healthy combination of the great outdoors and small town living. By the age of 18, I had been working Summers and weekends for 4 years and had already found my love for hiking by summitting Mt Marcy, the highest peak in NY. I attended Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida and obtained my B.A. in Business. While in college, to pursue my love for traveling and living in new places, I elected to take online classes and study abroad. 

 

My mission? To provide a better Real Estate experience than what I have been exposed to. My first home purchase was a cluster of confusion, stress, and frankly a lot of unknowns. My NAR Member experiences don't shape up much better, being asked for a pre-approval amount rather than what I was actually comfortable spending. I'm passionate and enthusiastic about continued education, research, and planning. As an example of my go-getter attitude, I had my first home stripped down to the studs; everything from removing walls & windows, to new HVAC & new electrical. Then redesigned it from the ground up. It took 3 months planning and 3 months executing, all while managing the project from 1200 miles away. Sounds crazy for a first-timer right? But my effort proved otherwise and now I have that knowledge and understanding to share with my clients.

 

In addition to my work ethic and optimistic spirit, my secret weapon is 7 years in Sales & Negotiations. When it comes time to wear this hat, I wear it very well. I wholeheartedly believe you should allocate your time and focus not just on your achievements in life, but on your fulfillments. Nothing is more fulfilling to me than helping someone else.
