Meet Kevin
Hi. I’m Kevin Bolin. You can read my official, third-person bio below. Before you do that, here’s the deal: I have a ton of experience in residential real estate investment and property management. Having owned and operated KEVCO Property Management, The Mayor of Old Town and the Source Property Management, I have real-life experience and deliver practical information to my clients. Need help? Kevin Bolin is a serial entrepreneur who was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and is armed with a BS in Psychology—a degree that has proven to be quite useful in real estate.
After graduating, Kevin went on to become a top account manager at Ultimate Support Systems and spearheaded deals with Guitar Center, Sam Ash, and major music chains throughout the United States.
He took a leap of faith in 2000 and began his real estate career. He joined RE/MAX Advanced and was a finalist for rookie of the year. During his tenure at RE/MAX, Kevin and his wife, Barb founded KEVCO Real Estate Investments & Property Management. KEVCO went on to become one of the largest property management companies in Northern Colorado. Kevin and Barb sold KEVCO in 2009 and began their search for their next business opportunity.
In 2011, Kevin and Barb opened The Mayor of Old Town, a nationally recognized craft beer bar in Fort Collins. The Mayor quickly became a city staple and built a dedicated fan base. After a successful run that lasted almost a decade, Kevin and Barb sold The Mayor in late 2020, and the bar continues to be a premiere destination for Northern Colorado beer lovers.
Throughout his entrepreneurial endeavors, Kevin has been a top-producing broker at The Group. In 2023, Kevin moved brokerages and joined the great team at West and Main Homes. He hopes to help them start an office in Northern Colorado. Do you want to learn more about him?
