Meet Michelle

Michelle is a licensed Realtor, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Certified Negotiation Expert—recognized locally for her market-trend expertise and trusted by 5280 Magazine to analyze data for its annual Best Neighborhoods report. She also serves as a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors, representing more than 25,000 brokers statewide. A Denver native since 1977, Michelle is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate first homes, relocations, estate sales, and complex life transitions with confidence.

Sellers count on her experience, market insight, appraisal expertise, and straight-talk guidance—because the best results come from preparation and skilled execution, not sales pitches. When she’s not helping clients, Michelle is usually exploring Colorado’s trails by mountain bike or motorcycle, camping in the desert or on beaches whenever possible, and catching live music in some of Denver’s oldest venues.
