About Nicole Aguilar

Nice to meet you! I’m Nicole (she/her). Prior to being a real estate agent, I was “brought up” in the world of marketing, advertising, and project management. Because of this experience, I was able to cultivate many skills that make real estate transactions seem simple from the client’s perspective. Using these skills helps me to ensure that steps don’t get skipped, roadblocks are predicted before they are reached, and the process is smooth for all clients.

 

As Vice President of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, Colorado Chapter, and the Denver Metro Area REALTORS® Diversity Alliance Committee, I work towards housing affordability and fair housing rights daily. I believe no human is illegal, trans rights are human rights, science is real, Black Lives Matter, and that DEI is the only way forward.

 

As someone who is multi-neurodiverse, as is my family, I am comfortable (and skilled at) working with many different styles of communication and organization. I see it as a core component of my job to make sure you are not overwhelmed at any point in your real estate journey. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family & our dogs. You can often find me at Rockies games, concerts at Red Rocks, and enjoying all the culture and nature that Colorado has to offer!
