Philip Roland was born in Brainerd, MN and grew up in the picturesque town of Walla Walla, Washington. After moving to Fort Collins, CO for college, Philip knew Colorado would be his forever home. Having graduated from Colorado State University with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate, Philip immediately made the jump into the industry!
Philip’s clients not only benefit from his four year real estate degree(which many Real Estate Agents don’t possess!), but also his entrepreneurial spirit and experience in home remodels. Philip has always been developing his work ethic + negotiation skills, having collected + sold firewood and running his own lawn care business at a young age.
