Rylie Staub is the Director of Operations at West + Main Homes, where she drives the systems, strategies, and support that keep the brokerage running at its best. She oversees the firm’s technology stack, builds and manages the mentorship program, and curates an education calendar designed to help agents succeed at every stage of their careers. In addition, Rylie leads hiring and onboarding, ensuring that each new team member is set up for growth and long-term success. Her role bridges people, processes, and performance — creating a culture where both agents and clients thrive.
Real estate runs deep in her family — she’s a third-generation Real Estate Agent who can't remember a life without Real Estate. Rylie went on to earn her degree in Economics and Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, and she’s been using that mix of analytics and innovation to support agents ever since.
