Suzi Cook was born in Victorville, California, and moved to Wisconsin while her dad finished his Air Force career, before their family moved to their forever home in Golden, Colorado. After graduating from Wheat Ridge High School, Suzi obtained a degree in Social Work from Colorado State University.
With a background in the contract departments of the mortgage + insurance industries, the transition into Real Estate was a natural one for Suzi. With outstanding work ethic, immense attention to detail, and a positive attitude - there is no one better suited to guide you through this important life decision. Suzi is not only dedicated to ensuring a smooth real estate transaction, but also prioritizes building + giving back to her community and those that she serves. While Suzi loves to make all real estate dreams come true, she is particularly passionate about working with first time homebuyers and educating them + guiding them through the process. Suzi is also a member of the Builder Realty Council(BRC) and has earned the title of New Home Specialist.
When Suzi isn’t helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you’ll find her spending time with friends + family, enjoying all the incredible activities this great state has to offer. Her 2 rescue dogs, 3 cats, and horse keep Suzi busy, and in her spare time she volunteers with the Jefferson County Horse Council and Emergency Evacuation Team.
