James Bettis is originally from Ohio and also lived in Maryland and Manhattan before deciding to call Denver home. With an undergraduate degree in Finance from Mt. Union and Masters in Finance from The University of Baltimore, James worked as a Financial Planner for 15 years before moving into Event Production for the past 12 years. Jame’s current venture, 3W Races, produces 5k’s through half marathons throughout the Denver Metro area.
James client’s benefit not only from his organization skills + financial expertise, but also his experience on all sides of the real estate transaction. James currently owns several residential and commercial properties, has worked as a contractor and flipped homes, and is passionate about discovering the best high-rises and condos throughout Denver. At the end of the day, the most important thing to James is finding the value in real estate for buyers and sellers alike.
When James isn’t helping folks make smooth moves and investments, you’ll find him working out, running, camping, hiking, and going on road trips with his wife and dog.
