John Lumpkin was born in Houston, Texas, but has called the beautiful state of Colorado home since he was 5. John received his marketing degree from the University of Denver and has since lived in Bear Valley, Lakewood, Littleton, and currently Perry Park, CO(near Larkspur).
With a past career in sales - including everything from computer sales to pharmaceuticals to biotech, the transition into real estate was a natural progression for John. Having spent his days traveling all across Colorado for work, John has an appreciation for the communities + neighborhoods that the Denver Metro + beyond has to offer! John’s services goes beyond showing, negotiating, and getting you into your dream home(which he loves doing!), as he is gifted in relationships + connecting with people. John can’t wait to be your greatest resource on this journey as he guides you through the real estate process!
When John isn’t helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you’ll find him exploring the mountains with his two golden retrievers + wife(who is his high school sweetheart), playing guitar, fly fishing, or strolling through Cabelas or Scheels.
