Kerry is proud to be a Colorado Native! Growing up in Park Hill and later living in Southeast Denver, Boulder, Capitol Hill, Lakewood, and now Littleton, she has a deep-rooted connection to communities across the Front Range.
Before joining West + Main, Kerry spent 30 years as a learning specialist, supporting children and families in private practice, Jeffco schools, and most recently at Children’s Hospital. In that role, she became an expert at guiding families through complex systems, advocating for their needs, and creating clear, personalized solutions. Her work instilled strengths in organization, compassionate listening, and problem-solving.
Kerry has that same client-centered approach to real estate. She knows how to ask the right questions, truly listen, and navigate families through important decisions with clarity and care. Her background makes her especially skilled at helping clients evaluate schools and community resources, while also educating them on the ever-changing market.
In addition to her professional background, Kerry has hands-on experience with real estate investment. She has managed her own successful fix-and-flip projects, acting as both project manager and lead designer, and she has a passion for staging and interior design so you can be assured she is presenting your property in its best light.
When she’s not serving clients, Kerry enjoys life at home with her husband and two sons, entertaining family and friends, exploring Jeffco’s open spaces, hiking Colorado’s mountains, traveling, and most recently, learning pickleball.
