My name is Myles Knechtges and I'm a realtor at West and Main Homes. I am deeply passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate their way through the complicated process of real estate negotiations, while sharing my knowledge on best practices.
The skill sets I acquired through my Master of Education and dual-major Bachelor’s in Business and Marketing have amplified my ability to coach clients through contracts, empowering them to make informed decisions at speed. This, in combination with my professional assessment of the ever-changing market and strategic approach to each bespoke negotiation, has directly contributed to my clients’ success.
When I'm not at work, I love spending time with my wife, Ann, and our husky mix, Luna. I understand firsthand the draw that the climate and proximity to outdoor activities has to homebuyers in Colorado, both at home and in the backcountry. We live in the beautiful Foothills, which allows us to explore the great outdoors right in our own backyard. I'm an adventurer at heart, and if I'm not exploring new hiking trails, I'm usually out skiing, fly fishing, or taking on some thrilling whitewater rapids.
But my love of adventure doesn't stop there. I also enjoy traveling and discovering new cultures. As an avid learner, I find that immersing myself in different communities broadens my perspective and helps me connect with my clients when it comes to finding their dream home.
