City Park

City Park has a lot to offer its residents, including the many charming brick homes built between the 1920’s-1940's. Each attractive and unique - and has stood the test of time. Commuting to downtown Denver is easy and quick by car, bus, or bike. Additionally, there are many fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. The park itself boasts walking trails for exercise, dog walking, a boat house, all perfect for spending the day with people.
