We are almost halfway through 2019! Can you believe it? This time of year, it’s easy to get carried away by all of the reactive aspects of our business, bouncing from task to appointment to email, without a compass to tell us if we’re moving in the direction of our goals. It’s a fantastic time to PAUSE, reflect, and look ahead to the second half of 2019 with PURPOSE. Take time out of your busy schedules to work ON your business, so you can be even more effective while working IN it.
Topics we’ll be covering…What were your 2019 goals? What is your production year-to-date? How is your work-life balance? What is the single activity that has made the biggest impact on your business? What relationships have you developed and/or deepened this year? Who do you need to thank? Where is your business coming from? What do you need to do more of? Less of?...and MORE!
In our mid-year business plan review, Erin Bradley, local lender, best-selling author, and host of the Pursuing Freedom podcast is going to lead you through a mid-year reflection and reset, to help you get clear on your goals and your progress, and ensure you crush the second half of 2019…and have fun doing it!

Fundamentals of Oil & Gas Mineral Rights
Colorado is one of the largest oil and gas producers in the United States. In the past several years, rapid population growth in and around Denver has combined with rapid growth in the development of the petroleum resources to create conflict between landowners and the oil and gas industry. But it doesn’t have to be this way. This course will discuss the basics of oil and gas development and provide participants with information they can share with clients, friends and family members. We will talk about how oil and gas is developed, the key documents and contracts between landowners and some of the issues that are important for people looking for a home, looking to sell a home or even those who just want to learn more about an important industry in our state.

The Modern Marketing "CORE 4" Program
West Office
10:30am
A new, mind-blowing and free marketing program for real estate agents who want to learn how to use social media efficiently and effectively to generate FREE new leads. It was created by a group of top producing LO's in the country, including Adam Smith, the President of the Colorado Real Estate Finance Group. It is a series of classes covering different lead generations and subjects. Even if you are a social media whiz, there are always new tricks to be learned with the ever changing algorithms of Facebook Instagram and other social media platforms. We will do a 1 hour kickoff class that will include all of the information of the "CORE 4" subsequent classes. Then we will drill down to 10 agents that will really adopt and implement and them through the subsequent classes. Everyone can learn at least 3 different ways to generate FREE leads from the 1 hour kickoff class and agents can end up closing an additional 3-5 deals a month from it.

In addition to the Contract changes, the Commission also approved a new Personal Property Agreement and updated several other forms.
