Founder and owner of West + Main Homes, Stacie Staub is a Colorado-based Real Estate expert with over 15 years of experience in both residential sales and industry marketing. She is also the conference-loving junkie behind Genuine Hustle, which is fast becoming one of the most popular and in-demand formats for real-life teaching and learning in the Real Estate space. When Stacie isn’t hitting the streets in the Denver Metro area helping people reach their home and investment goals, you might find her on stage sharing her best tips and tools, or appearing as a guest on both local and national webinars, radio shows, podcasts and conferences. She also combines her love of Real Estate with her passion for teaching in order to help other agents to grow their business in an organic, genuine way.
Founder + creative director Madeline Linder
Colorado native Madeline Linder combines over 8 years of branding and design experience with her love for real estate as both Brand Manager and Realtor at West + Main Homes. An all-around Colorado girl, Madeline grew up in Gunnison, and has a degree in Advertising from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Following college, Madeline opened her graphic and web design company, Grace and Grey, in 2013 while living in Denver’s RINO neighborhood and has been carefully curating brands and nurturing a passion for architecture and decorating ever since.
Madeline now proudly lives in the Applewood neighborhood with her husband Eric, where they are slowly renovating their home room by room, all the while chasing their adorable son George and mischievous goldendoodles, Loaf and Lucy. When Madie isn’t showing people homes in the Denver area communities that she loves, you might find her fly-fishing, perusing her favorite boutiques, or checking out the latest hot foodie destination.
Director of Agent Experience Greg Fischer
A diversified and recognized voice in the industry, Greg Fischer has invested time in every corner of Real Estate: from assisting renters to specializing in multi-family sales, and from owning a brokerage to developing technology - he’s done it all. Prior to joining West + Main, he served in Business Development at Move Inc. (realtor.com) and Doorsteps. Most recently, he managed Product Marketing at Approved, a mortgage startup acquired by Credit Karma. He currently lives in beautiful Bend, Oregon where he serves as a Principal Broker at Fred Real Estate Group.
From defining and supporting best practices to researching and identifying niche opportunities, Greg Fischer will be negotiating and implementing new products and services for West + Main. With a focus on recruiting and retaining local talent, he’ll also be developing innovative programs that support the company's expansion goals as well as assisting agents in growing their volume and maximizing productivity.
Compliance Manager Ashley terwillEger
Ashley Terwilleger loves the fast paced + high energy Denver Real Estate environment! From using her RE skillset to find the perfect place for her clients to call home, to taking the guess work out of the buying/selling process, Ashley strives to create a more informed and relaxed experience for her clients. Having worked in the industry as a Listing + Contract specialist for several years, Ashley knows the ins + outs of a transaction on a very deep + detailed level, and she uses that experience to anticipate and avoid problems and pitfalls before they happen.
Having lived in Denver for 13 years, Ashley is very familiar with both city-close neighborhoods as well as the suburbs -- you might even recognize her from The Hornet on South Broadway, which she managed for many years. When Ashley isn't helping her clients make great moves and investments, you might find her hiking, camping, traveling, snowboarding...or living Colorado's art and food scenes to the fullest with her friends + family.

An experienced real estate professional with an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction, Mark has over 25 years experience in various real estate venues including real estate sales, real estate appraisal, property tax representation, residential construction and property management.
Mark started out in the construction industry building custom homes and decks, all while taking night classes to complete his BA in Real Estate and Finance. It was usually an exhausting day during the dog days of summer, but Mark learned he had a definite passion for real estate. After completing his degree, Mark started working in the appraisal industry and was exposed to many real estate investors and their cash flow parameters. He started using the provided guidelines and acquired several rental properties, all with a positive cash flow.

Applewood Office Manager kristen sharp
Kristen was born and raised in Texas, but as soon as her parents moved to Colorado's Steamboat Springs, she knew she had found her true home in Colorado, and she followed her family, and her heart to the Boat. Having worked for the Steamboat School District and the Yampa Valley Medical Center, she fell in love with working with people, especially kids, which led her to her 4-year stint as a Kindergarten classroom aide in West Arvada's Westwoods Elementary, where her kiddos Asher and Gwyneth also attended.
Kristen's background in IT gave her a foundation in all of the skills + traits that transferred easily to Real Estate: she is detail oriented, focused, has excellent communication skills, and wants nothing more than to help people find the perfect home using all of the tools, platforms + information available! She is also truly compassionate and caring at a very deep heartfelt level for others and their needs.

Rylie Perrault has been with West + Main Homes since its early days, helping to set up the office spaces, organize agent files, making lists and checking them twice...and most importantly making sure that agents have what they need to serve their clients and grown their businesses. A whiz with InDesign and Dropbox as well as Docusign, Rylie keeps both the back office and the front lines moving along smoothly.

Saiya Koclanes is a graphic designer / coffee roaster / reader-of-Harry-Potter-in-romance-languages. She loves laying out print design, hand-lettering, and collecting and saving seeds for and from her garden. Saiya lived in Spain for a year of her short life, and while she’s not being insufferably nostalgic she likes to channel her European inspiration into her work and reality. Her English major trails her like a specter and one can often find the two of them deep in a book or two.
