Father's Day is this Sunday, and the West + Main crew has some great ideas on how to spend the special day.

Here are a few of our favorite traditions and ways to celebrate Father's Day in and around Denver:

I love the BBQ festival at Sports Authority! -Krystal Thompson

The Keystone Bacon and Bourbon Festival may be the week after Father's Day, but this is how we would love to celebrate.  -Emily Wright

Surf & Turf & Surf  at Station 26 Brewing Co. will have all the beer your dad could ever wish for, as well as some sweet music and good eats from Order 26 Food Truck. -Liz Thompson

Our favorite Father's Day activity is hitting balls at the Westwoods Golf Course driving range and sitting on the patio for dinner! Their club house is newly remodeled, and the food is delicious. - Joy Opp

My dad and I used to always go on a motorcycle ride and we’d have a nice meal together. -Nicole Reno

For Father’s Day, my family always heads up to Rocky Mountain National Park to camp and enjoy the beautiful Colorado summer.  -Sonja Pardee, intern at West + Main Homes

On Father's Day I have three dads to honor: my dad, my kids' dad, and my kids' stepdad. Believe it or not, we usually have a family cookout with all three fathers. Brats and beer bring everyone together. I also like to get my dad a Barnes & Noble or Amazon gift card. For my kids' dad, I usually print out and frame some recent pictures of the kids and him together. For my husband, I usually get him some grilling or yard tools. My favorite local place to shop for manly stuff is Big Tool Box. I always have my kids make handmade cards for each one of our awesome fathers, and, of course, they all get a bottle of their favorite ONEHOPE Wine. -Liz Hyatt

I heard Public School 303 is putting out a great Father's Day deal! Dads enjoy any brunch entree with purchase of another adult brunch entree. For lunch and dinner, Dad can pair any core draft beer with any adult entree all day! -April Schmidt

Last year my wife, mom and daughter surprised my dad and I with a movie and lunch at the Alamo Draft House to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2, it was a blast.  Typically there is a beer or two and some good BBQ on the patio. That's my kind of day, good food, drinks, conversation and a lot of laughs. -Ryan Rice
